Dr Tamami Chowdhury is the chief gynecologist, obstetrician & laparoscopic surgeon. After completing her M.B.B.S from North Bengal Medical College Siliguri West Bengal in 2005 and after that she went onto do her D.G.O Kolkata Medical College in 2011. She won the Governor award for standing first amongst girls in secondary exams . Her second award for class assistant in Gynaecology & Obstetrics and her third award for Award of merit for exemplary work during Malaria epidemic in West Bengal.
Junior residency in North Bengal Medical College,6 months. After 6 months she worked as medical officer in West Bengal Health Service. The she worked as SR in a delhi govt hospital for 3 yrs After 3 years she worked as an Independent gynaecological practice in Siliguri for 5 years.
